3. General data.

This project contains the main solutions for communication and alarm networks of a 17-story 8-section residential building with built-in office spaces of the first floor.

The following systems are highlighted in the project:

- telephone communication;

- Radiofactions;

- television;

- fire alarm;

- alerts and evacuation management.

4. Telephone system.

The telephone communication system in the designed residential building is carried out in accordance with the Specifications of the Moscow branch of OJSC Centrtelecom and provides for the installation of an internal telephone distribution network.

External connection of the residential building is provided from the distribution cabinet of the Moscow branch of JSC CenterTelecom RSh577048 (Festivalnaya St. 4 building 2) by TPPEPZ cables 100х2х0.5 and is carried out on the project of external networks.

Estimated number of subscribers - 617, (496 - subscriber outlets of apartments, 121 - subscriber outlets of office premises of the first floor and control room)

In the electrical switchboard section 2, the design provides for the installation of the main distribution cabinet of the type SRP1800.

In switchboard section 4,5,8 the project provides installation of the ShRP600 distribution cabinet, connected to the main distribution cabinet.

SGD shields are equipped with Krone plinths.

The in-house distribution telephone network is carried out from the designed SRP distribution cabinets by cables like TPPEP ** h2kh0.5 various capacity with use of junction KPT10 boxes.

Junction boxes of KRT10 type on the floors of a residential building are installed in cabinets "TF" of devices of floor junction boxes of UERM type.

Subscriber posting to apartments is carried out at the request of residents by the telephone network operation service.

A diagram of the telephone distribution network is shown on sheet 8.

5. The radio system.

Connection of the designed residential building to the city distribution network of urban radio broadcasting is carried out in accordance with the Specifications of the Moscow branch of OJSC Centrtelecom from the radio rack of the existing overhead wire broadcasting line at the address: ul. Kalinina, house 4, building 2.

Suspension of air line of radio broadcasting with sound voltage of 240 Volts is provided on radio racks of PC11.9.

PC - 1 radio struts are installed on the roof in the GRSS1 sleeve at the rate of one radio strut for each section.

A subscriber transformer of TGA10240/30V type is installed on each radio rack.

Intradomal network wiring is performed by a 2x0.8 PTPG type wire. Junction boxes of UK2r type are installed in places of subscriber lines branches from the main line.

6. Television system.

For collective reception of television programs, television antennas of meter and decimeter ranges are installed on the roof of a residential building in each section.

All television branching devices are located in the floor boards of the UERM. The TV amplifier is installed in the shield on the 17th floor. Power supply of the amplifier is provided from the socket located in the low-current compartment of the floor panel.

Junction boxes are installed in places of subscriber lines branches from the main line.

Subscriber posting of the television network to apartments is carried out after the construction of the house is completed at the request of residents.

7. Fire alarm system.

The project provides for the organization of a fire alarm station (PS) located in the control room on the first floor of section 1.

The AR system is performed on the basis of the equipment of the "ORION" integrated security system of NVP "Bolid" in the following composition:

− C2000M control panel;

- "Signal - 20P" safety and fire control devices;

− block of indication S2000BI;

- units of actuating relays C2000SP1. The C2000M remote controller provides:

- monitoring of "Signal20P" PSK;

- display on the liquid crystal indicator of events occurring in the system;

- alarm alarm on built-in audible alarm;

- control of taking/removal and control of fire and security alarm loops.

"Signal20P" PSK device provides the possibility of connection of 20 fire alarm loops.

The display unit is designed to display the status of 60 loops or partitions in the Orion integrated system.

The C2000M remote controller, the block of indication S2000BI and devices of PPK "Signal20P" controlling 1 section are installed on a wall in dispatching office (room of a fire post).

"Signal20P" PSK devices, monitoring sections 2-8 are installed on the 1st floor near the SS riser in the locked panel.

Blocks of executive S2000SP1 relays are installed in cases of "ASCAPC" of devices floor distributive the UERM type.

All devices of the MS system (network devices) are connected to each other by KVP cable 2x2x0.52 (RS485 bus).

To prevent electrostatic interference and distortion of the signal due to reflection, the line (RS485 bus) must be loaded with 620 Ohm matching resistors on both sides.

PS system equipment power supply (the C2000M remote controller, the S2000BI block, the S2000IT block, devices of PPK "Signal20P" and blocks of executive S2000SP1 relays it is provided by the DC voltage of 24B from RIP24ZA17 stand-by power supplies with the built-in batteries 17 of Ach and it is carried out by cable VVGNG of LS 2x2.5.

Power supply of standby power supplies of RIP24ZA17 type is provided according to the first reliability category (PUE).

In case of voltage loss at the main power supply source, RIP24ZA17 ensure operation of the PS system from built-in batteries during 24 hours in standby mode and at least three hours in alarm mode.

The signal "Fire" is transmitted to the duty part of the city by telephone to the duty personnel from the fire station and the auto informant C2000IT.

Signal "Fire" is transmitted inside the building by fire warning system.

The designed fire alarm system outputs and receives control and control signals to the automation system of engineering systems:

- automatic shutdown of general ventilation in case of fire;

- automatic activation of smoke removal system in case of fire;

- control and control of position of fire-retarding valves of ventilation system and valves of smoke removal system;

- in the event of a fire, provides a signal to the elevator control cabinets to recall the elevators to the first floor with blocking of the stop on the burning or smoke floor and their subsequent disconnection.

To provide signals for project control, the units of actuating relays C2000SP1 are provided.

Signals of control of engineering systems coming from the equipment are to be transmitted by alarm loops to "Signal 20P" PPK devices.

8. Warning and evacuation management system.

In accordance with NPB 10403 (Table 2, para. 19), the designed residential building is equipped with a first type of warning system - audio (calls, tinted signal, etc.), with notification of all at the same time.

The following fire alerts are used for fire warning:

- combined light-and-sound type "KORBU v1" (24 V, 50 mA, 104 dB) for installation in the control room;

- AC24 sound type (24 V, 50 mA, 110 dB) for installation on the wall under the ceiling in inter-apartment halls, office rooms, basements and technical floors.

The network of the notification is carried out by a cable like VVGNG LS 2x2.5 from RIP power supplies - 24 - FOR - 17 with use of switching KC4 boxes.

Supply of 24V DC power supply to the fire audible warning system is performed through the contact of built-in relay (relay 1) in PKI "Signal 20P" by fire alarm signal automatically.

Alerting residents in apartments is carried out by the sound alarm of autonomous fire detectors.

To organize collective signaling, the installed autonomous detectors are combined into a local network inside the apartment with a wire of the KSWB2x0.5 type.

9. Lightning protection and grounding.

In accordance with the requirements of GOST 46479 *, the design provides for the protection of the PC1 pipe rack and television antennas from direct lightning strikes.

Protection is performed against lightning protection device of residential building provided in drawings of architectural and construction part.

This design provides for the laying of protective grounding bus (circular steel D = 6mm) from the designed radio racks and antenna masts to the ground center.

The protective grounding bus is laid along the roof free-lying with fixation with strips of ruberoid, and along the elevator shaft - with attachment to elevator guides.

All connections of lightning protection elements are made by bolting connections.

Paint the protective grounding bus with black paint for metal in two layers.

10. Installation of equipment and wiring.

To lay low-current networks along the basement, the design provides for the laying of galvanized, perforated trays 200 mm wide.

Vertical sections of low-current networks routes are laid in SS risers of UERM boards, the passage through the ceilings is performed by PVC in pipes.

Switchgears of communication and signaling networks on floors are located in UERM boards

To lay cables of low-current networks from the SS vertical riser to the entrance hall apartments, the project provides for the laying of PND20 pipes in the floor tie for two for each apartment with an end in the embedded box of type L251.
