Description

Excavator EO - 4121 is the first in our country full-turn hydraulic excavator on a caterpillar track with a bucket capacity of 0.65-1.5 m3. It is intended for work in soils of I - IV categories . The operating equipment operates as follows: manipulating the cylinders, directing the ripper to the loosening place. Boom is lowered on ground, vibrations of ripper are caused, boom is continued to be lowered. As the soil loosens, the loosener is buried. Then loosening is performed at several points, then loosener is withdrawn by pulling it to boom with cylinders, and loose ground is selected with bucket . After peeling off the pit, the loosening and excavation processes are combined. For this purpose working equipment of excavator is lowered into pit to contact of ladle with soil. Simultaneously manipulating cylinders, loosener is lowered onto ground, it is filled and working equipment is lifted from face, simultaneously pulling looseners to boom by cylinders, and then platform is turned and ladle is unloaded. In the future, the digging cycle is repeated.
