The esherick house is one of the first construction projects of the architect kahn in the business style. after he returned to the United States from Rome, where he was a member of the American Academy in 1953. the customer of the project was margaret esherick. the project is located in chestnut, sunrise lane, near millman street, northwest of the city of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania , USA.
