Moscow's construction industry is dynamically developing.
Despite the difficult economic situation, the construction industry is dynamically developing, and even at a faster pace than last year. Of course, this is largely due to the backlog that we created in previous years. To date, more than 40 million square meters have been issued in Moscow. This is a huge potential, a guarantee of the future, stable development.
Since the beginning of the year alone, more than 2 million square meters of housing have already been built. We are faced with the task of introducing about 3.53.6 million "squares" of housing by the end of this year
A good pace was gained in road construction. Since the beginning of the year, 43 kilometers of roads out of 90 planned have been commissioned, and 23 of 26 interchanges, bridges and other transport facilities have already been built.
Any innovations or improvements in the construction process that lead to faster work are approved only while maintaining a high quality standard.
Also, the city has revised approaches to organizing parking space. For example, in some cases, parkings may be reduced.
If complex development appears, the school and kindergarten should be introduced simultaneously with the settlement of houses. By the way, I want to note that about 30% of social facilities in Moscow today are built by investors.
Also, 4 hospitals and clinics are being built at the expense of investors.
Today, Asian companies are showing great interest in projects in Moscow. Currently, negotiations are underway with the Chinese, with the Koreans, with the Japanese, and even with funds from Saudi Arabia. Already this year we plan to hold the first competitions for the construction of TPU .
The development of industrial zones and the "new" Moscow made it possible to achieve such high results. Almost half of the introduced real estate today is being built either in the annexed territories or on the site of industrial zones. This means that the construction site has ceased to interfere with the overwhelming number of inhabitants.
If earlier we had to resort to sealing or point development, now we have left this.
This year, of the nine million introduced real estate, almost two will be commissioned in the industrial zone, and another two and a half million square meters will be introduced in the "new" Moscow.
Obyemno- planning solution
Designed medical center for 20/60 places, has a rectangular shape on the plan, with dimensions: length 39m, width 12m, number of floors 2;
3.30 floor height, the height of the entire building is 11.2 m. Planning - corridor with the location of offices on both sides.
On the floor there are doctor's offices, procedural and chambers. There is one toilet on the floor. There are 2 stairs for communication between floors and evacuation. Fire resistance 2 degree, durability 2, building class 2.
Arceless, curtain system
Spatial rigidity is ensured by joint operation of external and internal bearing walls and rigid disk of floor slabs due to anchoring of floor slabs and grouting of joints.
5. Construction of the building
Tape foundations for bearing and self-supporting walls made of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs.
Foundation depth is 2.50 m.
Freezing depth - 1.05m
Foundation waterproofing - vertical waterproofing - bitumen coating in 2 times; Horizontal layer of cement sand with liquid glass at elevation 0.03 along the perimeter of the building, along the external walls. An asphalt pavement is arranged around the building.
Three-layer walls made of ordinary brick with effective insulation 510.
Internal walls - from ordinary clay brick 380; 250.
Coating - multi-stop floor panels, thickness 220.
Partitions - gypsum concrete panels 80mm thick.
Ladders - prefabricated iron-concrete with two half-sites.
Coatings - combined, ventilated.
Window - PVC, with double-chamber double-glazed window.
Doors - steel, internal - wooden.
