Introduction
The subject of this course project is 10/0.4 kV TP design for Woodworking Shop
Power supply systems of industrial enterprises shall provide the following:
• Cost-effectiveness
• Reliability of power supply
• Safety and ease of use
• Quality of electrical energy
• System flexibility
• Maximum approximation of power supply sources to electrical installations of consumers
When creating a power supply system, it is necessary to take into account the category of electric power receivers. When defining a category, the requirements of PUE should be followed. At the same time, it is necessary to avoid unreasonable classification of electric receivers into a higher category. Electrical receivers and shop compartments of different categories are considered as objects with different reservation conditions.
Reliability of consumer power supply is provided by the required degree of redundancy. Electric receivers of the first and second categories must have redundant power supplies. Redundancy is required to continue operation of the main production in post-accident mode.
Power supply of electric receivers of the third category does not require redundancy.
The power supply circuit shall provide the necessary quality of electrical energy in accordance with GOST 1310997 "Electrical power quality standards in general-purpose power supply systems." Electric receivers with intermittent load schedules, single-phase electric receivers, electric receivers that violate the sinusoidity of currents and voltages can be installed at industrial enterprises. This leads to the occurrence of voltage fluctuations, to the violation of the symmetry of currents and voltages, to the appearance of higher harmonics.
Transformer and distribution substations should be brought as close as possible to electric installations of power consumers, reducing the number of transformation stages by introducing deep inputs, increased voltages of supply and distribution networks, further development of the principle of demarcation of substations, introduction of main current wires.
