Additional information

General part

The main purpose of architecture has always been to create the life environment necessary for the existence of a person, the nature and comfort of which was determined by the level of development of society, its culture, and the achievements of science and technology. This life environment, called architecture, is embodied in buildings that have internal space, complexes of buildings and structures that organize external space - streets, squares and cities.

In the modern sense, architecture is the art of designing and building buildings, structures and their complexes. It organizes all life processes. In its emotional impact, architecture is one of the most significant and ancient arts. The power of her artistic images constantly affects a person, because his whole life takes place surrounded by architecture. At the same time, the creation of a production architecture requires a significant amount of public labor and time. Therefore, the requirements for architecture along with functional feasibility, convenience and beauty include requirements for technical expediency and economy. In addition to the rational layout of the premises, corresponding to certain functional processes, the convenience of all buildings is ensured by the correct distribution of stairs, elevators, equipment and engineering devices (sanitary appliances, heating, ventilation). Thus, the shape of the building is largely determined by the functional pattern, but at the same time it is built according to the laws of beauty.

Cost reduction in architecture and construction is carried out by rational space-planning solutions of buildings, correct selection of construction and finishing materials, design facilitation, improvement of construction methods. The main economic reserve in urban planning is to increase the efficiency of land use.

Natural and climatic characteristics of the construction area:

design winter temperature as per SNiP 230199........................................ -32 ° С;

standard value of wind pressure as per SNiP 2.01.0785........ 0.60 kPa;

snow cover weight as per SNiP 2.01.078 for area IV............................. 2.4 kPa;

design freezing depth as per SNiP 230199......................................... 1, 7 m;

prevailing winds as per SNiP 230199..................................................................... SZ.

Characteristics of the building:

fire resistance grade II;

Building I liability class.

Volumetric planning solution

The volume and planning decision of the youth center is made taking into account the requirements of the SNiP for public buildings.

One of the important issues of creating a full-fledged hygienic environment in the premises is ensuring the required level of natural light and the necessary insolation. The orientation of the facade meets the modern requirements of the microclimate and the light mode.

The building of the youth center in r.z. Bolshaya Atnya RT is designed two-story with a basement. It consists of three functional zones: sports, recreational, cultural, spectacular and cultural-mass.

The sports and recreation area is located in the basement and includes: a sports hall for general physical training and a hall for classes in the fight against locker rooms and showers, administrative rooms.

The cultural and spectacular area is located on the ground floor and includes: lobby, foyer, auditorium with 300 seats, buffet, artistic.

The cultural and mass zone is located on the second floor and includes children's, adult libraries, a reading room, a choreography hall, and circle rooms for children to study creativity for interests.

Ventilation chambers are designed in the attic and in the basement.

In the basement floor there is a sports hall, an inventory room, utility rooms, locker rooms, showers, bathrooms, a storeroom for cleaning equipment, a coach room, a sports school accounting department, a sports school director's office, a wrestling gym, a billiard room, technical rooms, sports equipment rooms, a billiard room, a wardrobe, a control center.

On the ground floor there is a lobby, a director's office, a balcony, a foyer, a stage, an auditorium with 300 seats, a stage, a decoration warehouse, a dressing room, an artistic room, a costume room, a buffet, utility buffets, a bathroom buffet.

On the second floor the hall, children's library, a chess circle, the hall of choreography, a locker room, a musical class, bureau of the Registry office, archive of the Registry office, library, a book-depository, the reading room, film projection, rewinding, sound hardware, guest, utility rooms, department of culture, accounts department of department of culture, a film library, a vocal and tool circle, a bathroom are located.

Floors are connected by staircase marches.

Constructive solution

The building of the youth center has a complex rectangular configuration in plan with dimensions in axes of 42.0x42.0m.

According to the design, the building relates to a arceless system with longitudinal and transverse bearing walls with a thickness of 380mm, 510mm, 640mm, partitions of 120mm made of silicate brick on cement sand mortar.

Tape foundations made of prefabricated reinforced concrete blocks and pillows for external and bearing walls.

Basement walls prefabricated concrete blocks and ceramic brick grade K100/1/35 as per GOST 53095 on M75 mortar.

Exterior and interior walls. The building is made of brickwork, looks massive and capital, giving the building tectonic expressiveness. Buildings made of brick are relatively easy to give the individuality of facades and internal layout. Brick walls with horizontal and vertical protrusions by niches and other volumetric elements contribute to the perception of their three-dimensional nature and increase the degree of durability and fire resistance of the building. The main drawback of brickwork is the labor-intensive nature of the work and the long construction period of the construction site. External and internal walls above elev. 0.300 of silicate brick grade SUR100/25 as per GOST 37995 on M75 solution, below elev. 0.300 of ceramic brick of K100/1/35 grade according to GOST 53095 on M75 solution. External walls are made of layered masonry with insulation from mineral wool slabs Techno Blok (TU 5762013179251622003) with thickness of 120 mm, and

Partitions above elev. 0.000 of silicate brick grade SUR100/25 on solution M50; in bathrooms and showers above el. 0.000 and in technical rooms below el. 0.000 K100/1/35 ceramic brick partitions on M50 solution.

Coatings and floors are designed from typical prefabricated hollow and ribbed plates with preliminary reinforcement stress. The use of prefabricated slabs and coatings increases the construction speed of buildings. On the bearing walls of the slabs are laid on a leveled layer of cement mortar of grade 50. The seams between the slabs are marked with 100 grade cement mortar. Holes required to pass the pipe risers are drilled in place through the voids (without disturbing the bearing ribs) with subsequent sealing of the liner with cement mortar of grade 100.

Straps-prefabricated railway/concrete according to the series 1.038 11v.1,2,4

Stairways-prefabricated railway/concrete marches and platforms and set stages along steel skewers and beams.

Doors. To ensure quick evacuation, all doors open outside in the direction of traffic on the street, based on the conditions for evacuating people from the building in case of fire. Door boxes are fixed in openings to unsepted wooden plugs laid in masonry during masonry of walls. For external wooden doors and on staircases in the vestibule - boxes are arranged with rapids, and for internal doors - without a threshold. Door webs are hung on hinges (canopies), allowing to remove open door webs from hinges - for repair or replacement of door webs. To avoid opening the door or flapping, special spring devices are installed that keep the door closed and smoothly return the door to a closed state without impact. Doors are equipped with handles, latches and tie-in locks. External doors are wooden and aluminum, internal doors are wooden according to GOST 662988. Wooden doors are made of softwood of grade II. Door webs and jambs installed in rooms with high humidity are treated with antiseptic to prevent decay of wood. Filmed doors are used for unique public buildings. Filmed doors consist of bandages, midges and fillets, that is, shields of glued dished planks made of wood, inserted into the grooves of the bandages. In the inner doors, laminated plywood fillets are inserted into a quarter of the tie and pressed with stapicam bindings.

Windows largely determine the degree of comfort in buildings and its architectural and artistic solution. Wooden structures of windows are sensitive to changes in air humidity and are susceptible to rotting, and therefore they need to be periodically painted. Windows with triple glazing as per GOST 1628980. The material of the windows is softwood of grade II.

Floors in public buildings must meet the requirements of strength, resistance to wear, sufficient elasticity, noiselessness, convenience of cleaning. Floors in the building are arranged on the ground and on reinforced concrete panels of the inter-floor floor.

Roof - attic on layered rafters with a coating of flexible tile Tegola. An arch with glue plates is provided above the stage.

Fences are provided on the windows of the first floor, porch and roof.

Architectural and compositional solution

The architectural image of the youth center should embody in an artistic form its purpose and ideological content, and at the same time it should be interconnected with its urban planning and natural environment .

The exterior design of the building is selected in the complex, color solutions are selected taking into account the best visual perception of the building as a whole, educational psychological impact on young people, taking into account the architectural decisions of the surrounding buildings and structures. Advanced materials with the best physical and operational indicators, as well as taking into account their cost indicators, are used in the decoration of the building.

The external walls of the house of culture are plastered and painted with water-dispersed acrylic paint of the VDAK brand. Columns and pilasters of the main entrance, balcony, cornice and other protruding elements are painted white.
