4.2 Structural design of the bench

In the Republic of Karelia there are many bad roads, when riding on them, the rim of the wheels can deform. In this diploma project, the design of a stand for editing wheel discs was chosen, which is very relevant for this enterprise.

For ease of operation and simplicity of installation, straightening of wheels rims of symmetrical type with manual drive is used.

Thanks to the rational scheme of perceiving the efforts, the stand is not difficult to manufacture and is convenient to operate. Rearranging it to any type and disk size is extremely simple.
