Description

The building of a two-storey restaurant for 160 seats is designed in accordance with the design task.
The height of the first and second floors is 4.2 m.
Number of seats - 160.
The degree of fire resistance of the building is II.
Class of constructive fire hazard – С 0.
Class of functional fire hazard – Ф 3.2 (Public catering enterprises).

On the 1st floor there are: entrance group of premises, anteroom, vegetable pantry, corridors, dressing rooms, pantries, office rooms, bathrooms for visitors, linen, men's and women's showers, technical rooms, staff rest room, loading room. On the 2nd floor there are: a dining room, a banquet hall, corridors, a dispensing room, a hot and cold shop, a vegetable shop, a washing room for dining and kitchen utensils and an open terrace, a room for managing staff, a director's office.

As the main bearing system of the building, a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton is adopted, consisting of load-bearing walls, columns and floors, rigidly interconnected with each other and forming a single spatial structure.
The spatial rigidity of the building frame, stability is ensured by the rigid connection of the load-bearing walls and columns with the foundation slab, the rigidity of the walls and columns themselves, the rigidity of the disks of the floors of the building rigidly connected with the walls and columns.
All intermediate floors and coating are adopted with a thickness of 200 mm.
The load-bearing walls of the stiffening core are adopted with a thickness of 500 mm.
Columns of square cross-section 400x400 mm are accepted.
The thickness of the foundation plate is 400 mm. The depth of the foundation slab is 2400 mm.
Staircases precast reinforced concrete resting on monolithic reinforced concrete platforms.
Design scheme of external walls – load-bearing (wooden panel, 10 mm; reinforced concrete, 250 mm;
insulation 100 mm; ventilated clearance, 30 mm; facing brick, 120 mm; De-revane panel, 10mm ;)
