Description
1. Calculates the cross frame of the frame. Initial data for calculation Building length in axes - 84 m; The width of the building in axes is 36 m; The pitch of the columns is 6 m; Spans - 18 and 18 m; Height to rail head of crane track - 9.0 m; Crane lifting capacity - 25 ton; The roof is cold; Construction area - St. Petersburg (construction area by weight of snow cover - III, by wind pressure - II); Soil resistance - 0.29 MPa; Foundation laying depth - 1.6 m; Types of structures: frame girder - beam, floor panels - ribbed, reinforced concrete. Defines the height of the building. The height of the building is determined taking into account the given elevation of the top of the crane rail Hr and the size of the crane in height Hcr, as well as the placement of typical wall panels and window bindings in height: the length of the crane part H2 = Hr - hr - hcb + a2 = 9000 - 150 - 1400 + 150 = 7600 mm; the same, above-crane part H1 = Hcr + hr + hcb + a1 = 2300 + 150 + 1400 + 150 = 4000 mm; the total length of the column (excluding sealing in the foundation sleeve) H = H2 + H1 = 7600 + 4000 = 11600 mm, where Hcr is the height of the crane (according to the standard for bridge cranes); hcb - height of precast reinforced concrete crane beam equal to 1.4 m at pitch of columns 6 m; hr - height of crane rail with liners equal to 0.15 m; a2 = 0.15 m - distance from floor level to a base sawn-off shotgun; a1 - a gap between the lower side of a rafter design and the cart of the crane. Finally, the full height of column H should be assigned so that the elevation of the top of the column is a multiple of 0.6 m.
