Description

Proposed machine comprises tank 2 arranged on frame 1 and furnished with top hatch 3 with cover 4, rotary rod 5, vacuum plant 6, suction and pressure pipelines 7 with centrifugal pump 8, switching device 9, discharge branch pipe 10, two-axis pneumatic wheel drive 11 and trailer 12. Fig.2.5 Liquid Organic Fertilizer Application Machine (Patent No. 48451) Rotary rod 5 is provided with an injector device having a carriage 13 connected to a hollow tube needle 14 with radially drilled holes. Branch pipe 15 of needle 14 communicates via flexible hose 16 with discharge branch pipe 10. Carriage 13 is connected through connecting rod-pusher 17 and lever-rocker 18 with power hydraulic cylinder 19. Rotary rod (5) is attached to vertical post (20) of tank (2) at two points. The upper hinge connection of the rod 5 with the post 20 is made with a pin with a diameter of 36 mm. In the lower part the bracket of rod (5) with rod of rotary hydraulic cylinder (21) is connected with pin with diameter of 25 mm. Rotary rod 5 also has lifting hydraulic cylinder 22. The charging pipe 23 is provided with a plug consisting of a hose 24, a cover 25 and a clamp 26.
