Description
Roller device is used in transportation of sheet material rolled over rollers. Housing pos. 1 is fixed to the machine frame by four bolts (the frame and bolts are not shown). When the screw rotates, pos. 7 wedge pos. 4 will slide along the inclined plane of the housing, as a result of which the post pos. 2 with roller, pos. 3 will go up or down. After the roller is installed at the required level, the rack is fixed with bolts (pos. 8 and nuts pos.11. The roller rotates on the axis pos. 5, which is fixed on the strut with screws, pos. 9. Thick lubricant from lubricant pipe is delivered to rugged surfaces of roller and axis along holes and special grooves in axis. Lubricant fitting is pressed into hole of axis pos. 5 (not shown).
