INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this work is to learn how to independently design a simple two-storey residential building, as well as to consolidate the theoretical knowledge gained.

The project provides for the development of an architectural and structural solution for a two-storey individual residential house used for construction in cities, urban-type settlements, as well as rural areas.

During the assignment, the layout of the building is carried out, which meets the requirements of the functional process, the necessary comfort and cost-effectiveness of solutions, in addition, the building must have the artistic expressiveness of the façade.

Floor height – 2.8m

Exterior walls – double-layer timber
