1. Natural and climatic conditions

The designed hotel is intended for construction in the Krasnodar Territory. Since the climate of this zone is quite dry and warm, and the outside air temperature throughout the year is above zero, brick is taken as the material of the enclosing structure. The outer wall thickness will be 510 mm. Also, due to the favorable climate, most sports facilities will be located outdoors.

The hotel is designed for year-round use. The relief of the construction site is supposed to be flat, without clearly expressed hills and pits. If necessary, vertical planning of the building site is carried out.

2. Space-volume solution

The hotel has a block building organization system. The maximum number of floors in a separate block is 2, so the building belongs to the category of low-rise.

The entire hotel building consists of 3 blocks: 1 - administrative, 2 - public building, 3 - residential building. The units are connected by means of a hall. It is the central link between the lobby, the catering unit, the cultural and mass service unit and the living room, from which the entrance to the living rooms takes place.

The hotel consists of blocks with different floor height. All blocks except residential have a storey height of 4.5m. The height of the residential floor is 3 m. Total floors numbered 2. The remaining blocks, in addition to the lobby, are also two-story, the lobby is 1 floor.

The total height of the building is 12.30m. Window openings in residential rooms are located at a height of 0.90m from the floor elevation, the windows themselves are 1.5m. Doorways 2.1 m high and 0.9 m wide in all rooms.

Windows of various types and sizes are used throughout the building.

Administrative block: stained glass windows with a height of 3.2 m, located at a height of 0.5 m from the floor level, also windows with a height of 2.5 m and 1.9 m located above the zero level after 1.2 and 1.8m, respectively.

For the catering unit and CMW, stained glass windows made of tinted glass with a height of 3.2m 0.5m from the floor level are used.

This is due to the different functional purpose of the units.

Doors to the main lobby and at the service entrance to the warehouse - double-leaf 3m wide, entrance to the hall: double-leaf 2, m; in the living room, at the main entrance of the residential unit, at the entrance to the KMO unit - double-leaf, 2.1m. In all warehouses, doors 1.5 m wide are used for the convenience of carrying volumetric loads. The remaining doors are 0.9m wide, single-leaf. Height of all doorways - 2.1m

The hotel consists of the following functional areas:

1) the main building is located on the first floor of the hotel, with a floor mark of ± 0.000 and a floor height of + 4.5m. This block includes: lobby, reception office, wardrobe, storage room, security room, as well as administrative - office premises.

The lobby group is a distribution unit, a place of movement of human flows, and also serves as a living room and lounge.

The lobby is the main room of the hotel, it is multifunctional. The main entrance to the hotel is located in the lobby, there is a reception and paperwork.

Administrative - office premises include the premises of the administration, directorate, accounting, staff rooms as well as the premises of harvesting equipment.

2) the catering unit is a two-story building consisting of a dining room with 168 seats, technological and storage rooms. The salt room is located on the second floor of the block and consists of the dining room itself, the kitchen room with a distribution room. It has two entrances: the inner one from the hall and the outer one from the street.

Storage rooms are located on the 1st floor of the block. There is an entrance on the side of the unloading platform.

3) a unit of cultural and mass service premises includes:

- a film concert hall with 160 seats for film sessions, meetings, concerts, etc., with a total area of ​ ​ 345 m2 - on the 2nd floor of the building;

- training room;

- sauna, which consists of a bath, steam rooms, locker rooms, showers;

-massage room

- accommodation of billiard room

- dance hall;

There is also a room for rental of sports equipment.

In a separate room there is a universal hall for fitness classes. Under him, the women's and men's undress rooms, as well as the coach's room, were designed.

Lounges and ceremonies are equipped with soft furniture.

4) planning solution of residential buildings.

The architectural and planning solution is largely determined by the layout of the residential floor of the hotel; it is characterized by a corridor structure.

The residential part of the hotel consists of two floors with living rooms. Each of which in turn consists of repeating residential rooms. Designed single, double and triple rooms equipped with combined sanitary units. The net height of the living room is 2.700m.

Also, the residential part consists of the premises of the maintenance personnel on duty, utility rooms, a corridor and stairs.

5) domestic service premises.

The premises provided on each floor of the residential building include a corridor, staff rooms, linen. Sanitary units used in the residential part of the building are accomodated and arranged in combination. The composition includes a built-in washbasin, a toilet and a shower cabin. Also on each residential floor there is an additional sanitary center for on-duty personnel near its premises.

3. Functional purpose

Hotel for athletes with a capacity of 100 seats. The hotel has 40 rooms, including 20 double and 20 triple. The number of residential floors is 2.

Refers to hotels of small capacity, small storeys of the 3rd building category, is a general type hotel for reception for a short or long period of time. The main customers are athletes who arrived at the competition, or on vacation.

A block construction scheme has been selected for the hotel. Its structure provides for a residential zone; entertainment area of cultural and mass service - billiard room, sauna, gym, dance hall; dining area: dining room with 168 seats.

For training and sports, on the territory of the hotel there is a sports base with venues for various sports.

4. Architectural solution

This hotel combines blocks of various geometric shapes of rounded and rectilinear shape. Important for visual perception are the angles of direction of axes of individual structures in relation to each other.

For the construction of the architectural composition in the project, the reception of the height difference is used. So the administrative block has an elevation, with a floor height of 4.5 m. The residential block has a floor elevation of ± 0.00m, with a floor height of 3 meters. In plan, the building looks symmetrical. For greater expressiveness on the side of the main facade, the symmetry of the right and left sides is intentionally violated by a change in storey and a difference in the height of the roof of various blocks. Asymmetry is also observed in the glazing of blocks. The contrast of the roof color is used. The roof is flat.

5. Description of the structural solution

This hotel is a brick building with longitudinal-transverse bearing walls and a partial frame. The use of farms for the premises of the auditorium, lobby, dining room, the premises of the dance and physical education hall, living room is provided. The width of the outer walls is 510 mm, since the building will be built in a favorable warm climate. The width of the bearing walls is 380 mm, the partitions are 100 mm.

7.Engineering equipment

Engineering equipment includes water supply, sewerage, heating, air conditioning and others. One of the main types of engineering equipment is sanitary units. In residential rooms they are designed as combined, they are located near the entrance to the residential room. They consist of a toilet, washbasin and shower, which corresponds to the III building category of the hotel. The dimensions of the corner shower are 1000x900 mm, the toilet is 400x650 mm, the washbasin is 550x350mm .

8. Finishing

To finish the lobby group of rooms, wall materials are used - decorative plaster, for the ceiling - acrylic paint, for the floor - parquet board. A plinth is provided around the perimeter of the walls.

For the decoration of sanitary units, materials for walls are used - decorative ceramic tiles, for the ceiling - acrylic paint, for the floor - decorative ceramic tiles.

To finish the living room, we use linoleum and floor carpet, and glue the walls with textured wallpaper.. The ceiling is painted with acrylic paint in combination with a general design. The corridors of the residential block are finished with decorative plaster with a pattern, the ceiling is painted, and a laminate is laid on the floor. Lobbies and lounges are also decorated.

For finishing the kitchen - acrylic coloring, for the ceiling - whitewash, for the floor - parquet tiles. The dining room is decorative plaster and on the floor is a laminate, the ceiling is suspended.

For the decoration of the living room, materials for walls are used - acrylic paint and glass mosaic elements, for the ceiling - acrylic paint, for the floor - laminate.

Hardwood boards were used to finish the sauna. (floor and walls) Under the inner boards are a vapor insulating layer of polyethylene film and aluminum foil. The outer skin is coated with olife and painted .

For finishing auxiliary production rooms, materials for walls are used - acrylic paint, for the ceiling - whitewash, for the floor - ceramic tiles.

Decorative plaster of various shades was used to decorate the facades of the building.
