Department assignment

The designed building is a residential building 30 floors high .

The construction site is Ekaterenburg.

Dimensions of the building: 43.100x49.300 m.

The building class by storey is high-rise.

Architectural and compositional solution of the building

The main criterion in choosing the architectural style of the exterior of the designed building was the architectural and compositional solution of existing objects in the construction area.

The architectural expressiveness of the building is emphasized by panoramic glazing .

The project provides for plastering of the facades with subsequent painting. The color palette of the facades is selected in a warm gamut in red and orange tones.

Natural lighting of rooms and duration of insolation in working rooms comply with requirements of SanPiN 2.2.1/2.1.1.1076.01 [2.7].

The main facade and entrance are designed from the side of the southern facade of the building, facing the main pedestrian and traffic flows and providing maximum convenience of entering the building.

Space-planning solution of the building

The designed object is an office building with a cafe on the ground floor, with dimensions along the axes 111, A-l 42,000x34,600 m, with a flat non-operated roof and an internal organized drain.

Residential building - 30 storeys .

For the relative elevation ± 0.000 m of the building, the level of the clean floor of the first floor is taken, which corresponds to an absolutely elevation on the ground of 301.1 m.

The height of the first and typical floors is 3.600 m. The height of the building from the conditional elevation ± 0.000 m to the level of the upper parapet is 116.920 m.

Floors from the 2nd to the 30th are office.

For communication between floors in the building there are 2 elevators with a lifting capacity of 2 elevators Q = 1000 kg.

Structural solution of the building

Designed frame-type building with slab slabs. Strength, stability and spatial rigidity under any actions are provided by frame elements (columns, floors) together with a rigid box of staircases (core of rigidity).

The structural solution of the building is chosen functionally and technically expedient, economical in construction and operation. The following structural elements are provided in the building that perform the structural, fencing or universal function: foundation, roof, walls and windows, columns and floors, stairs, etc.

Drawings of structural elements of the building are made according to the requirements.

3.2 Walls

In the designed building, the external walls are three-layer (Figure 4). The total thickness of the outer walls is 300 mm. Extrusion polystyrene foam with thickness of 100 mm is used as insulation agent.

External walls in the area of the staircase lift unit are monolithic reinforced concrete, 400 mm thick (stiffness core). Elevator shafts are monolithic reinforced concrete, with a wall thickness of 400 mm.

Partitions - monolithic reinforced concrete, 120 mm thick.

The level of protection against noise of walls and partitions corresponds to SP 51.13330.2011 [2.15] and provides the normative parameters of the acoustic environment in residential and public premises.

3.3 Columns and floors

In the designed floor building 6000x3000 mm and 3000x4800 mm. The floor slab of type 2P, 160 mm thick from concrete of class B20, rests on the columns of the building.

Floors are load-bearing structures, perceive and transmit loads. In order to ensure the necessary rigidity, in the places where the plate rests on the column, the overlap spans are reduced and the loads are distributed evenly.

Columns - cast-in-situ reinforced concrete, with a diameter section of 500 mm from concrete of class B25. Axis references are central.

In terms of safety, operational suitability and durability of the column and ceiling meet the requirements of SP 63.13330.2012 [2.18].

3.4 Stairs and elevators

For vertical communications in accordance with GOST 231202016 [2.1] and GOST 57462015 [2.4] and in the building, prefabricated reinforced concrete stairways, prefabricated reinforced concrete platforms and elevators are designed.

Stairs - two-march with a 180-degree rotation. The width of the ladder is 2560 mm, the width of the march is 1250 mm, the technical gap is 60 mm. Stage parameters (riser x tread) 200x320 mm, the number of lifts in one march is 18.

Staircase fences - metal with a height of 800 mm.

Elevators provide accessibility for people with disabilities on a wheelchair. Elevator dimensions 1400 × 2000 mm Q = 1000 kg. Elevator cab height 2100 mm, door opening width 800 mm.
