Structural columns of the frame are single-branch, from a closed square profile 200x5. Step of columns - 3.5-4.5 m. Each column is mounted to the base by means of four anchor bolts on M20x300 type 1.1 in accordance with GOST 24379.1-80. For ease of installation the bolts are connected to the anchor group. To increase the rigidity of the columns, a device of horizontal girders from a sheet with a thickness of 8 mm is provided. Supporting beams from a closed profile of 160x5 are laid along the columns. Roofing runs rest on beam units. Roofing runs are made of closed profiles of square section 140x5 as per GOST 30245-2003. Roofing sandwich panels are supported by metal runs. For the arrangement of windows and doors in non-bearing walls, holding elements are installed - fachwerk. Its elements are installed along the perimeter of the openings. Fachwerk struts are made of profile pipes of 100x5 section, fachwerk struts are made of profile pipes of 100x5 as per GOST 30245-2003. In accordance with the terms of reference, the designed building belongs to the III fire resistance group. All elements of the metal frame, regardless of the reduced metal thickness, can be treated with fire retardant paint. The thickness of the coating is determined by the specification. The location of the metal elements of the framework allows for control, as well as updating and restoration of fire-retardant coatings. The foundation slab is made of concrete B25 W2 F50 with reinforcement Ø 12A-III and Ø 6 A-III. Protective layer of concrete is 25 mm. Wall enclosing structures. Non-bearing three-layer sandwich panels with thickness of 100mm are used as wall enclosing structures. Panels are filled with mineral wool slabs. Fire resistance of panels - EI 150, heat transfer resistance R = 3.07 m2 * deg/W as per SNiP 11-3-79. Panels are mounted directly to columns of a metal framework by means of PS 5.5h190 self-tapping screws with a step of 300 mm. Joints of panels are filled with mineral wool slabs of light grades and are closed with metal shaped elements. Enclosing coating structures. Roofing three-layer sandwich panels with a thickness of 1500mm are used. Panels are filled with mineral wool plates and rest on bearing structures of metal frame. Fire resistance of panels - RE 30, heat transfer resistance R = 3.07 m2 * deg/W as per SNiP 11-3-79. Panels are mounted directly to metal runs by means of PS 5.5h270 self-tapping screws.
