Purpose
The purpose of my course project is to design a residential building that meets all modern needs. The house should have not only an attractive appearance, but also correspond to regional features, reflect the originality of local color, combining the modern level of development of construction equipment, structures and materials. During the course design, it is necessary to execute the graphical part of the design, which should include drawings of the building elevation, floor plans, section, it is necessary to execute the roof plan, master plan, as well as drawings of building structural units.
Characteristics of the construction area
1. Construction area: Irkutsk;
2. The type of soil is small sand;
3. Groundwater depth - 12 m.
Volumetric planning solutions
3.1 Characteristics of the building
1. Purpose: individual development of a manor-type residential building;
2. Building length: 15 m 75cm;
3. Building width: 12m 5cm;
4. Building class: 4;
5. Degree of fire resistance: 4;
6. Degree of durability: 3;
7. Presence of attic floor: none;
8. Number of full floors: 2;
9. The presence of basement and basement floors: no;
10. Floor height: 1st - 3m 10cm., 2nd - 2m 80cm.;
11. Height of the attic floor: none;
The building is residential, intended for living in it by one family, consisting of 2-4 people. Each room in the building has certain functional requirements, that is, each room must perform certain functions.
The living room is designed to receive guests, conduct business negotiations and meetings. The uniqueness of this room is that it is illuminated by natural light, which gives it volume.
Furnace - serves as the main control unit responsible for heat supply and hot water supply.
Kitchen - is a place for cooking and eating.
Bedrooms - on the second floor are rooms that serve for passive rest (sleep) of all family members.
Bathrooms - on the first and second floors serve for personal hygiene of family members and guests.
The hall in which the staircase is located serves to communicate between the floors and other rooms.
The library is a reading room .
Conclusion
This course project was developed on the topic "low-rise residential building.
In the architectural and constructive section of the course design, special attention was paid to the development of facades, plans, sections of the building .
The low-rise residential building is equipped with all the necessary engineering devices .
The building is not a source of air pollution, and all networks are brought in accordance with the standards .
In the design and structural part, a low-rise residential building with load-bearing walls made of brick was designed, and building element units were calculated and designed.
When designing the building, such architectural and structural solutions were obtained that most fully meet their purpose, have high architectural and artistic qualities, provide the building with strength, cost-effectiveness of construction and operation.
The graphical part of the course project was executed using the program AutoCAD2015.
