Description
The project "" was developed on the basis of the following documents: - contract of the year for the development of detailed documentation; - terms of reference for the production of detailed documentation (Appendix No. 1 to Contract 05/18-RD dated 28.08.2018); - specifications of the year for the design and construction of VDGO issued by Gazprom Gas Distribution Far East JSC; - specifications No. SP-408 dated 13.06.2018 for the projected metering unit issued by Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Far East LLC. The working documentation corresponds to the design assignment, requirements of the current technical regulations, standards, codes of rules, other documents containing the established requirements. Working documentation is made in accordance with the requirements of the following valid regulatory and technical documents: - SNiP 42-01-2002 "Gas distribution systems"; - SP 62.13330.2011 "Gas distribution systems. Revised edition Construction Norms and Regulations 42-01-2002"; - The joint venture 42-101-2003 "General provisions on design and construction of gas-distributing systems from metal and polyethylene pipes"; - Joint venture 42-102-2004 "Design and construction of gas pipelines from metal pipes"; - Russian Federation Government decree of October 29, 2010 N 870 "About the Approval of Technical Regulations about Safety of Networks of Gas Distribution and Gas Consumption"; - GOST P 21.1101-2013 SPDS. "Basic requirements to design and detailed documentation"; - GOST 21.610-85 SPDS. "Gas supply. External gas pipelines. Working Drawings "; - Federal Norms and Rules in the Field of Industrial Safety" Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Gas Consumption Networks "(utv. by order of the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision dated November 15, 2013 No. 542). Construction and installation works (welding, insulation, laying, blowing, etc.), quality control of all types of works, tests and acceptance of the gas pipeline shall be carried out in full compliance with the requirements of the construction codes, namely: - SNiP 42-01-2002 (SP 62.13330.2011) "Gas distribution systems"; - SNiP 3.01.04-87 "Acceptance for operation completed by construction. Basic provisions (with Revision No. 1) "; - GOST 7512-82" NDT. Welded joints. Radiographic method (with Izm. No. 1) "; - SP 48.13330.2011" Construction Organization. Updated version of SNiP 12-01-2004 . " Site location area: Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Sakhalin Oblast. Design ambient temperature: -22 ° С; average temperature of the heating period: -4.4 ° С; the duration of the heating period is 227 days. Climatic region - II G. Seismicity - 8 points. The following design solutions are developed in this section: - tie-in to the existing medium pressure gas pipeline of category III - 0.28 MPa (PK0 *, riser DN25 mm); - above-ground laying of medium pressure steel pipeline of category III (0.28 MPa) ∅25kh3,2 and ∅57kh3,5 from existing riser DN25 mm to designed GRPSH-RDK-50N-1-B.2.2414-OE-SG-512 (hereinafter - GRPSH, PK0 * + 16.5); - above-ground laying of low-pressure steel pipeline of category IV (0,0025 MPa) ∅89kh4,0 from the designed GRPSH to the boiler room entry (PK0-PK0 + 3.0).
