Description
The BGS apparatus (drum - granulator - dryer) is a rotating cylindrical apparatus with a diameter of 4000 mm, a length of 22000 mm, conditionally divided into granulation zones (1-13 meters from the "head" part of the apparatus) and drying (11-22 meters).
A lift-blade nozzle is installed on the inner shell of the BGS apparatus to move the incoming product and create a retro screen and improve heat and mass exchange between the reactor, pulp and flue gases of the coolant. The device is intended for granulation and drying of fertilizers.
