DP Two-story residential building

The designed single-story building has the following dimensions along axes: 1–5 15,500 mm; A–B 8,400 mm; the building height is 8,795 m, the room height is 2.7 m. The ground level is 0.450 m. There is no basement. The designed building is a rigid mass with load-bearing walls with hinged floor slabs in the horizontal plane. The longitudinal and transverse stability of the frame is ensured by rigid walls.

The rigidity and spatial stability of the building are ensured by the combined action of the walls, forming a geometrically unchangeable system.

The building's floor is precast reinforced concrete made of hollow-core slabs of series 1.141-1 and IZH 980.

The building's roof is wooden, with a rafter system.

The enclosing structures are made of ceramic brick with mineral wool insulation. 2. Exterior finish – ceramic brick cladding according to [24] (120 mm thick).

Interior partitions are made of ceramic bricks 380, 250 mm, and 120 mm thick.

Foundations:

– Under the main walls and stairwell walls – strip foundation made of precast concrete blocks (FBS) and FL slabs.
