Summary

This diploma project on gas supply of the district in the city of N. Novgorod was developed on the basis of a design task issued by the Department of Heat and Gas Supply. The project includes 5 sections.

Section 1 - process part, where hourly and annual gas flow rates were calculated, hydraulic calculation of medium and low pressure gas pipelines was performed, GRP equipment was selected, KVGM20150 boiler unit was aerodynamically calculated, gas equipment of the boiler unit was selected, environmental assessment of the boiler unit was performed.

Section 2 - automation of KV-GM-20 boiler, where the functional diagram was developed, the controlled and controlled parameters are listed, sensors, instruments and automation tools are selected.

Section 3 - organization and economics of construction.

The section includes: definition of construction and installation works; selection and justification of methods of work execution; selection of a set of earth-moving machines; installation cranes, work schedule; schedule of goods, products and structures receipt to the object; schedule of construction and installation machines; Identification of the need for buildings and structures; economic evaluation of the project; freezing card to the section of the gas pipeline to the boilers; Process instruction for gas pipeline laying across the road.

Section 4 - Occupational Safety. This section has developed measures for labor protection during the production of earthen, welding, installation, insulation works, as well as measures for safety during the operation of gas networks.

Section 5 - civil defense. In this section, engineering and technical measures have been developed for the sustainable operation of the gas supply system in extreme conditions .

Introduction

The development of the gas industry and the widespread introduction of gas in various sectors of the world economy is one of the most important areas of scientific and technological progress, which includes the introduction of new technology and technology, mechanization and automation of production processes, the transfer of gas enterprises to a new system of economic incentives.

The most important link in the country's general gas supply system is underground gas pipelines, through which gas flows directly to residential buildings, and utility and industrial enterprises. Underground gas pipelines together with the structures located on them are an integral part of the urban gas economy. Maintaining them in good condition, ensuring uninterrupted gas supply should be carried out by qualified personnel of operational services of the gas industry.
