Development of the belt conveyor drive

The course project contains 2 sheets of A1 drawings, 2 sheets of A3 drawings, 1 sheet of A4 drawing, an explanatory note on 44 A4 sheets, including 11 figures, 7 tables, 2 references.

The aim of the project is to design the drive of the conveyor belt.

In the course of work on the project, an electric motor was selected, kinematic and power calculation of the drive, calculation of mechanical transmissions, gearbox shafts were carried out, the structural dimensions of the gear and body were determined, bearings were selected and tested for durability, the safety factor of the shafts was determined, the strength of the keyways was checked, the lubricant of the gearbox and bearings was selected, the issues of assembly and adjustment of the gearbox were worked out.

As a result of the work, the following were developed: an assembly drawing of the gearbox and working drawings of the gearbox parts.
