Description
The purpose of this course project is to design the technological process for manufacturing a low-speed shaft part. To do this, the following tasks must be solved:
- The design of the part is described
- The type of production is analyzed and selected
- The manufacturability of the part was analyzed
- Route technology has been compiled
The following calculations were performed:
- Calculation of intermediate allowances and workpiece dimensions
- Calculation of cutting conditions
- Determination of time standards
