Description
The cultural center is a large-span structure, which is a one-storey public facility of a hall type. The main space-forming element here is the atrium. The main part of the volume of the building of the cultural center is occupied by a multi-light hall universal space used for public events, the other part is divided by partitions containing fine-meshed spaces - for master classes, lectures, open lessons, training seminars and other events
