The "Wisdom of Tea" leisure club/coworking center project is a comprehensive architectural solution, comprising a two-story building and a master plan. The facility is designed to host cultural events, educational programs, meetings, and traditional tea ceremonies in a modern format.

The architectural concept is minimalist, emphasizing the use of natural materials, panoramic glazing, and soft, natural tones. This solution creates an atmosphere of tranquility, comfort, and harmony with the surrounding landscape.

The building's ground floor includes event halls, spaces for tea ceremonies, and open social areas. The second floor houses administrative offices and small workspaces for coworking center residents.

The master plan envisions a landscaped area with walking paths, green areas, small recreation areas, and the possibility of hosting outdoor events. The facade composition is designed in neutral, natural tones and blends seamlessly into the surrounding environment.
