 Formation of terms of reference

     Architecturally, the planning solution is a three-room apartment. It is located at Dmytro Lutsenko Street, Kyiv. The entrance group is located to the northwest (the kitchen is located in the eastern part of the building, the windows face east).

    Specifications: type of premises: residential; Type of construction: monolithic blocks 400mm; partitions: brick 120 mm; 250 mm;

total area: 80.34 m²; ceiling height – 2.7 m; Door height – 2.10 m.

    List of premises: corridor – 10.21 m², kitchen-living room – 19.16 m², loggia – 4.75 m², office – 11.80 m², bedroom – 12.35 m², children's room – 13.53 m², bathroom – 5.37 m², bathroom – 2.68 m².

    Family composition, time spent at home, hobbies: A family of three lives in the house. Father, mother and daughter. The family spends more time at home. My daughter, 13 years old, is at school.

The daily routine is traditional – breakfast at home, school, work, dinner at home. His father works in the field of information technology, and his mother works in the field of trade. The family spends a lot of time together watching movies and cartoons and playing board games, the family has many plants.

Stylistic preferences: I like modern styles, simple shapes, natural materials. I like the romantic aesthetics, laconic functionality and maximum comfort.

Technical equipment: ventilation system and air conditioning system.

Equipment: all furniture, appliances and lighting are supposed to be replaced with new ones.

Additional wishes of the customer: to provide a place for storing the father's small home library in his office.

Pricing policy: the family has the financial ability to provide the project in full.
