Structural part.

The building is two-story with a pitched roof, the external walls are brick masonry.

The structure of the building is wall with a mixed pitch of transverse load-bearing walls and stiffness walls.

The foundation consists of vertical elements (wall blocks SB69, SS-6-12, SB624) and horizontal elements (foundation cushions F12, F-12/2, F128). Vertical waterproofing of foundations is provided by coating with hot bitumen in 2 times, horizontal - one layer of ruberoid.

Slabs - prefabricated reinforced concrete from multistage slabs PPK 1460, PPK 1560, PPK 18-60 PPK 3060, etc .

The roof of the building is attic. The attic is cold. The roof is assembled from ribbed plates 300 mm thick, the whole is aligned on top. bracing and covered with waterproofing. External drain is installed on roof.

Internal walls and partitions are made of ordinary ceramic brick on cement sand mortar. Interior work on walls decoration shall be performed according to the room decoration list.

Stiffness walls - brick 380 mm thick.

Glazing of facades (including yard and side) is performed by window blocks from laminated PVC profile of KVE with filling with double-glazed windows .
