2 General Plan Solution

The designed building of the children's cafe is located at 15 Torgovaya St. Abakan. The adopted scheme of landscaping and landscaping of the extension site is designed in such a way as to fully provide the population with favorable living conditions. The building is provided with all access roads, as well as a sidewalk with a width of 1.5 m. For convenient parking and space saving, widening is provided on the road by 4m with rounding radii of 1m.

In accordance with the rules of urban planning, the designed site is landscaped. As landscaping, plantings in the form of shrubs and flowerbeds are used.

3 Volumetric planning solution

The spatial structure of a public building can be considered from the point of view of the organization of its internal space.

Space and space solution should correspond to its functional purpose, architectural, artistic and urban planning requirements, climatic and national-domestic features of the construction area and at the same time should meet technical and economic requirements.

The building is designed large in area, so that there is no inconvenience when filling the premises with people. At the entrance to the building there is a spacious lobby, from which there are entrances to the dining rooms. According to the requirements of SNiPa, the building has all the necessary living quarters, San. knots, wardrobe. Kitchen rooms are located in the back of the building, there is also an additional entrance .

4 Design solution

Foundations:

The foundations are the supporting part of the building and are designed to transfer the load from the above structures to the base. The operational quality of the building, its capital and durability are more dependent on the quality of design and construction of foundations.

In our case, we design a ribbon monolithic foundation. The thickness of the foundation is 450mm, the grade of concrete B is 25. The foundation is located under the external walls and along the existing building for supporting reinforced concrete slabs. Foundation depths for the building are 1,36m. The foundations for the columns are monolithic stepped, the sizes of the stages are 800x800, 1000x1000, 1200x1200mm .

During the operation of the building, deformations of various parts of it are possible due to uneven sediments of the base and temperature differences. To prevent destruction, the building is divided into compartments, the dimensions of which depend on the soil characteristics and loads acting on the structure.

Compartments adjoining each other are separated by means of sedimentary temperature and temperature seams with cutting of the building along the entire height or only to the level of the foundation top. Sedimentary seams are arranged: if it is supposed to change the soil properties of the base within the building or within the limits affecting it; if there is a significant discrepancy in the base width of the adjacent compartments of the building in depth, which can create a condition for uneven settlement; during construction of buildings in difficult soil conditions (additive soils, mined areas); when erecting buildings in parts; at different height of adjacent compartments with difference of 10 m or more.

The distance between sedimentary and temperature sutures is approximately the same, so it is recommended to arrange combined temperature sutures depending on climatic areas.

Structurally, sedimentary seams are made on the basis of the following prerequisites:

- the walls to be joined shall be at a distance independent of the width of the foundation base;

- foundations shall be anchored to walls in such a way as to avoid eccentricity in application of load.

Walls:

The walls are single-layer brick.

In order to reduce the consumption of bricks and at the same time insulate the building, insulators are used. In our case, the insulation layer is located outside the wall structure. In case of external location use the following types of heaters: ISOVER, expanded polystyrene, polyurethane foam, polyfoam, mineral wool of any rigidity.

After the heat engineering calculation and selection of the most effective insulation, the total wall thickness is taken to be 450mm, and polyurethane foam is chosen as the insulation for the walls.

The internal walls are brick with a thickness of 380 mm, the partitions are brick with a thickness of 120 mm and gypsum cardboard with a thickness of 80 mm.

Coatings:

Paving of precast reinforced concrete slabs.

The following coating plate grades are used in this project: PK 60.15.

Beams are used to support plates in large-span sections, and there are 5 monolithic sections.

Roof:

The roof is rolled from asbestos-cement wavy sheets of an ordinary profile along a grate of bars and wooden rafters.

Windows and doors:

In this design, the dimensions of windows and doors are accepted by individual order. Doors are used both single-floor and double-floor, with the size: 2100x900, 2100x700, 2300x1200, 2200x1200mm .

To ensure fire safety, all doors open outside. Door boxes are fixed in openings to unsepted wooden plugs laid in masonry during masonry of walls. Door webs are hung on hinges (canopies), allowing to remove open door webs from hinges - for repair or replacement of door webs.

To avoid opening the door or flapping, special spring devices are installed that keep the door closed and smoothly return the door to a closed state without impact. Doors are equipped with handles, latches and tie-in locks. Inlet tambour doors are made of double-layer stamped aluminium of corrugated surface. Door boxes are made of stamped aluminum profiles with anchors attached to walls.

Since the lighting inside the store plays an important role, the windows are designed in the following sizes: 2000x1000, 1800x2000, 1000x2000 .

5 External and internal finishes

External: Basement - lined with tiles for natural stone. The porch and steps are faced with ceramic floor tiles with textured surface (porcelain). The facade is made of colored plastic glass.

Interior: The walls are plastered, over the plaster the walls are glued with light-colored wallpaper. Ceilings are covered with water emulsion paint. The floor is laid out in piece parquet. Ceramic tiles are used when finishing bathrooms. When finishing kitchen rooms, only materials are used that prevent the occurrence of bacteria - plastic, glass .
