Description
The cementing unit TsA-320 (AC-32) is an indispensable assistant both in the development of oil wells and their further operation. During pushing operations, the cementing unit is capable of pressurizing up to 700 atm. (70 MPa) (depending on the installed pump), and during the development of wells, the function of strengthening the foundation bases by supplying cement mortar falls on it. The cementing unit is a deck with a high-pressure pump, a measuring tank, a manifold line and a water supply unit installed on it (installed at the request of the customer). The water supply unit in turn consists of a power unit (internal combustion engine) and a centrifugal pump. If the unit is installed on the chassis of the car, the installation is driven from the power take-off box, in a stationary or sled design, the drive is usually a tractor engine, mounted also on the deck of the unit.
