Description

The treatment area is working on the "Fourth" coal seam with a capacity of m = 1.55 m. The development system is long pillars along the extension, the length of the notch column is 1150 m. The column is opened with ventilation and conveyor rods, the ventilation system is direct-flow with a retraction of the outgoing stream of the cleaning face on the conveyor track.

The cleaning face with a length of L = 165 m, the ventilation shaft is extinguished during the development of the reservoir, and the conveyor shaft in the spent space, in addition to the main arch support, is supported by an organ row.

Cleaning works are carried out by a 1MKM type mechanized cleaning complex, which includes a mechanized 1MKM support, a narrow-grip cleaning combine 1GSh68, a KI3M mobile lava conveyor with a cable layer and a coal picker, a PTK-2U conveyor-loader, an SNT-32 oil station, a NUMS irrigation pumping unit, a lighting unit for lighting the cleaning face and conveyor shaft before pouring onto the belt conveyor. The angle of occurrence of the reservoir α = 10 ° (more than 9 °), so the installation of a supporting winch for the ZLP combine is provided.

The power train of the cleaning face is moved to the repair and preparatory shift by the 1LGKNM winch. Delivery of broken coal is carried out by a conveyor-loader PTK3U and two belt telescopic conveyors 1LT-80 and then by the main belt conveyor on the Bremsberg.
