Description
This buffer serves as damper of impact load of translational moving trolley of lifting crane. The buffer is fixed on the frame of the trolley by four bolts (not shown). Spring 4 is installed in cavity of housing 1. Post 2, against which spring rests, is connected to housing by four bolts 7. Inside the housing on the left side there is a projection for centering the spring and a hole with a thread for an eye-bolt 5 intended for gripping the buffer with the hook of a lifting crane. The impact from the obstacle encountered by the trolley is transmitted through the buffer 6 and the stop 3 to the spring, which, when compressed, dampens the impact. Spring washers 9 prevent the nuts 8 from self-screwing when the Jews push.
