Introduction
The purpose of course design is to consolidate knowledge of the main sections of the course "Design and calculation and consumer properties of products," acquire practical skills in conducting traction and other calculations of the car with the construction of the required schedules, as well as design calculation of the car and one of the units. The course project also provides for the development of a creative approach to solving design problems based on a detailed analysis of existing structures using special literature and patent materials. In the process of working on the project, the following should be mastered and fixed: the methodology of real design, the way to compile calculation schemes, the necessary calculations, as well as improving the skills to perform graphic work using the modern COMPAS graphic editor.
Conclusion
As a result of my traction calculation of the car, the main parameters of the engine, transmission and the car as a whole were determined, providing requirements for the traction qualities of the car included in the terms of reference.
According to the obtained parameters, it can be judged that the engine and the car as a whole satisfy its characteristics.
The braking mechanism meets the requirements for it.
