If you suddenly do not know for some reason, then a bolt connection is a very common type of connection of parts using, oddly enough, a nut and a bolt. As a rule, the hole for the bot is made slightly larger than the nominal dimensions of the bolt itself, so there is a gap between it and the parts to be connected. Tightening of the nut creates a force that prevents their divergence, as well as displacement. And sometimes they make so-called finishing, or prism bolts. They are inserted into the hole along a sliding, but rather accurate fit. Then the bolt body itself works on the cut, when axial forces arise .
If you need to make a detachable connection, maybe from design, and possibly for technological reasons (for example, you need to attach non-welded steels to each other), then a bolted connection is your choice! No welding, only holes, bolts and nuts, and your design looks nice and aesthetic.
