Introduction

Welding is widely used in the manufacture of building metal structures in factory conditions and in the construction of them at the stage of enlargement and final installation.

General requirements for welding works are regulated by the welding guidelines or process instructions developed by the designers or industry institutes for the organization of construction. These documents are specified in relation to the small sizes of structures and their elements in the maps of technological processes of assembly and welding developed in organizations engaged in the factory manufacture and installation of metal structures.

In this graduation qualification work, the technological development of devices for welding and assembling the Cyclone product is considered. This product is subject to vibration loads, which poorly affects welds and joints.

To ensure the tightness of this article, special attention is paid in this work to the quality of welds.

A section has been developed for the manufacture of this product using a welding robot, which will allow for better welded joints, and will increase the volume of production, which is the most important indicator of the activity of any industrial enterprise.
