A concept for a detached house with an attic level, combining traditional materials with unconventional glazing geometry. Spatial Layout: The building is based on a rectangular footprint featuring projecting entrance volumes and is elevated on a prominent grey plinth. A massive, steeply pitched multi-slope roof dominates the ground floor, creating a spacious attic area. Two entrances are provided—a main entrance and a side entrance—both featuring open landings with canopies, steps, and minimalist metal railings. Facades and Materials: Walls: The primary facade surfaces are clad in dark red facing brick. Decorative Elements: Building corners and the edges of projecting volumes are accented with contrasting light-colored rustication (in a yellow-beige shade), visually reinforcing the structure and referencing classical architecture. Glazing: The ground floor features a combination of standard rectangular windows and narrow, slit-like windows. Triangular windows are installed in the attic gables, with frames that precisely mirror the pitch of the roof slopes. Roofing: The roof is finished in light tones that contrast with the dark facade. Massive ventilation and chimney stacks, detailed with decorative cornices and metal caps, rise from the roof ridge and slopes.
