Description
This geared motor is a powerful 12-volt brushed DC motor with a 6.25:1 metal gearbox and a built-in quadrature encoder that provides a resolution of 64 strokes per revolution of the motor shaft, which corresponds to 400 cycles per revolution of the output shaft of the gearbox. The gearbox consists mainly of cylindrical gears, but in the first stage it is equipped with helical gears to reduce noise and improve efficiency. These units have a D-shaped output shaft with a length of 16 mm and a diameter of 6 mm.
