Description

Hydraulic protection 2G5A7 has two diaphragm chambers, there is no corrosion resistance design, it operates at a reservoir fluid temperature of + 90 0C, overall group 5A, development No. 7, with a straight-sided spline joint of the shaft. Record of the legend: 2G5A7 TU 3381-055-00219454-2003. Hydraulic protection is used as part of the engine of the PED series in installations of submersible centrifugal pumps of the UECN type for oil production from wells. Hydraulic protection 2G5A7 is designed to: • protect the internal cavity of the engine from the ingress of formation fluid and prevent oil leakage when transmitting rotation from a sealed motor to the pump; • compensate for thermal changes in the oil volume during the operation of the motor and its stops; • equalize the pressure in the internal cavity of the engine with the pressure of formation fluid in the well; • remove gas from the internal cavity of the engine to the annular space through valves, installed in hydraulic protection; • perceiving axial loads from pump shaft during operation with pump without axial support. Technical characteristic of hydraulic protection 2G5A7: • engine power, which is equipped with hydraulic protection not more than 280 kW; • power consumed by hydraulic protection, and temperature in the area of the heel assembly, not more than: - without axial load 0.7 kW; - at maximum axial load 1.4 kW; - temperature of the heel assembly 50 ° С; • hydraulic protection lubrication - dielectric oil; • volume of filled oil 8.5 l; • hydraulic protection shaft rotation speed not more than - 3600 rpm; • maximum axial load of the shaft not more than 800 kgf; • weight not more than 115 kg; • overall dimensions: - length 3000 mm; - body diameter 103 mm; - shaft diameter 28 mm.
