The boiler house design was developed on the basis of the design task, the equipment layout plan and the general heating scheme of the furnace, agreed with the Customer.

The technical solutions adopted by the construction project comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary, fire and other applicable norms and rules and ensure safe operation of the facility for life and health of people, subject to the measures stipulated by the construction project.

Construction solutions, power supply and automation have been developed in the relevant parts of the project.

The built-in boiler room is located in a one-story cafe building on the M10grF highway (SelishcheGomelKobrin), km76/right/

The design provides for the installation of one solid fuel boiler VIADRUS U 22 D in the boiler house, with a heating capacity of 49 kW.

Design parameters of coolant in heating system 90700С.

Horizontal sections of pipelines shall be laid with a slope of at least 0.002 in the direction of medium movement.

For the needs of hot water supply in the boiler room, a capacitive water heater Viessmann VitocellV100 is installed, with a volume of 160l.

To make up the heating system, it is provided to install a polyethylene tank with a supply of chemically purified water, with a volume of 200 liters.

After installation, perform anticorrosive coating of pipelines and equipment

Perform hydraulic test of pipelines with boiler pressure 1.25 working.

Adjust safety valves for opening at overpressure, refer to boiler certificate data.

The equipment specified in the project is taken as an analogue.
