Literature

Introduction

The course project presents the reconstruction of a five-story two-section residential building of the series 1447 S-38 mass construction period of the 1960s. In view of the fact that about 4550 years have passed since the construction of the building and the regulatory documents have undergone a number of changes, it does not meet modern planning, heat protection, sound insulation and architectural and artistic requirements.

Thus, during the development of the project, issues were resolved to eliminate these shortcomings in order to create the most favorable conditions for comfortable living of people by redeveloping and increasing the volume of superstructure, insulation of walls and the use of sound insulation materials in the structures of partitions and floors and creating an individual recognizable appearance of the building that distinguishes it from the entire development.

The project consists of an explanatory note and a graphic part. The explanatory note is presented on __ A4 sheets. The graphic part is on 3 sheets of A2 format.

1.3. Architectural and artistic solution of the building and its compliance with architectural requirements for development

The exterior decoration of the building as such is absent. Masonry is made with stitching and non-plastered outside. Windows and balcony doors are in unsatisfactory technical condition and are painted in more than one color. The technical condition of the balconies and their design aggravate the visual perception of the facades of the building .

Thus, it can be said that the building does not meet modern aesthetic requirements for development.

2. List and maintenance of construction measures required during the reconstruction of the building

Based on the analysis of the space-planning and structural solutions of the building, as well as in accordance with the task, the following list of measures should be performed:

- redevelopment of part of apartments on the 1st floor, as well as apartments on the 2nd - 4th floors in accordance with the current standards;

- Repurposing part of the accommodation on the 1st floor as a grocery store and hairdresser;

- superstructure of one floor with accommodation of apartments in two levels;

- design of thermal protection of external walls;

- extension of loggia;

- selection of windows with proper heat-protective qualities;

- development of a new roof structure;

- development of soundproofing design of floor floors and inter-apartment partitions;

- development of measures to strengthen structures (presented in another project);

- development of structural measures to exclude uneven deposits during superstructure (presented in another project);

- proposal of architectural and artistic solution of the facade.

4.3. Selection of window infills according to the required heat protection conditions

Since the existing design of filling windows and balcony doors does not meet modern requirements for heat protection, in the reconstruction project they are replaced with a structure that meets these requirements.

For calculations we use the data of item 4.1.

The normative value of the thermal insulation of windows and balcony doors is a function of the degree of heating period, i.e. Rred = f (Dd), where

Dd = (tint - tht)· zht = (20 (-3.7))· 201 = 4763.7 ° С· day.

Then, according to [2], Table 4, we find Rred for windows depending on the value of Dd, which will be 0.59 m2· ° C/W.

Knowing the required heat transfer resistance, we select a new design of windows and balcony doors as per [2] Annex L.

We accept a double-chamber glazing in a single PVC binding made of glass with a soft selective coating with R0 = 0.60 m2· ° C/W.
