Introduction

The production efficiency, its technical progress, quality of products in many respects depend on the advancing development of production of the new equipment, machines, machines and devices. In a design of the majority of machines, machines, installations, devices gear transmissions which in considerably degree determine weight, dimensions, quality and reliability of work of these products enter.

The scale of gear production is large. Such widespread gear transmissions have a number of advantages over other types of transmissions. They successfully operate in a wide range of circumferential speeds, allow transmission of motion with a constant gear ratio and with a variable; characterized by high durability, reliability and relatively small overall dimensions.

Modern production of gears is characterized by a constant increase in output, increased quality requirements, high requirements for environmental efficiency of production. The performance of gears - increasing the speed of machines, reducing the noise of gears and others - directly depends on the accepted technology for the manufacture of gears. This defines the main tasks in designing the gear manufacturing process.

When designing the machining process of the part "gear replacement wheel" it is necessary to provide:

- obtaining the workpiece with minimum and stable allowances in relation to the release program;

- necessary sequence and combination of operations, ensuring production of high quality parts at minimum production cost;

- rational distribution of allowances between rough and finishing operations and transitions;

- selection of efficient equipment and equipment for the intended processing plan;

- determination of optimal processing modes;

- use of mechanization and automation tools.

Process Part

1.1 Service purpose of the part and its surfaces

The "gear replaceable" part is used in the speed box of the machine. The detail is made of the alloyed GOST 454371 chrome-vanadium high-quality steel 40HFA which mechanical properties:

- tensile strength limit - 884 MPa,

-Brinell hardness - 22002400 MPa.

The detail for obtaining hardness of teeths and a shlitsevy surface of HRCe 45...50 is exposed to heat treatment.

The toothed rim of the part has 64 teeth, tooth modulus m = 1.75 mm, degree of accuracy according to GOST 164381 - 6.

The part is a body of rotation, has a splined hole, a toothed rim.

The part surfaces are assigned as follows:

- six-spindle hole with splines d6x28x34 GOST 113980 is intended for installation on splined shaft;

- a gear ring with a tooth modulus of m = 1.75 mm serves to transmit rotational motion and makes a pair with a gear in a gear train;

- annular recesses on the side of two ends provide reduction of part weight;

- end surfaces of the part are designed to rest against the shaft flange and end face of the other gear wheel.

Conclusion

When designing the process for processing the part, the "gear replaceable wheel" made a selection of the workpiece; the most cost-effective is a blank obtained by hot stamping on presses in a die. During the development of the technological process, high-performance modern equipment was used: 1B265P6K, dentist 53A20V, for removing chamfers 5B525, software-controlled machines 16K20FZ, 1734FZ, 3A227AF2, horizontal-extension machine 7512.

During the design process, designs were developed: a collet cartridge for a 1B265P6K semi-automatic, a pulling for pulling a six-splined hole, a device for controlling the beating of the gear rim relative to the hole.

Calculation of allowance and cutting modes is performed by analytical and reference methods.

The technological cost of five calculated operations amounted to 85.4 rubles.
