Introduction

In course work, the machine tool for milling the flatland is designed on a horizontal-standby machine. Bald milling is an urgent task in the design of process tooling.

Detailed description of operation of the accessory

This device is a special machine tool of the type of multi-seat machine grip. This fixture is clamping and is intended for clamping of shaft-type part as well as bushing-type part.

In the accessory it is possible to attach 2 parts, the ends of which rest on the installation 4. Clamping of the part is carried out using prism 8 and two grips 18 equipped with sponges 7. The device is provided with a manual clamp which is provided by means of a screw 15 and a handle in the form of a pin 22. By turning the handle, the clamping force of the part in the tool can be adjusted.

The device is also equipped with a spring, which, if necessary, expands the grips and makes it possible to remove parts (processed) from the device.

Classification characteristics of devices

Balm milling device is a special device designed for processing parts of the type "shaft" or "bushing" with an external smooth cylindrical surface.

This tool is used in milling group machines. As a power mechanism, a manual clamp is used.

Description of functions of units and parts in the accessory

The fleece milling device uses a prism for centering the part, and clamps are used for clamping, which are connected to the body and the screw using wedges. The screw is transmitted through the grips, the clamping force applied to the handle. Through the hole in the housing and screws of the accessory are attached to the working table. Spring fitted on power screw provides easy removal of parts from accessory

Conclusion

During the course work, a power calculation of the bald milling device was made. It was established that the fastening force on the ticks is w = 12335 (H), and the torque value of the screw is Mrukh = 68.7 (H * m), the screw diameter db = 0.024 m and the handle length l = 68 cm are also calculated.

Also, research work was carried out in the course work, where the influence of milling modes and cutting characteristics on the structural parameters of the machine tool was established (see Appendix 2).
