Description
Pump station for pumping oil Derpessator, which will also be produced using a truck to the site in barrels, which have a volume of 200 liters. All barrels will be moved by means of a loader to the depressant preparation unit, where the depressant from the outside temperature is heated to 40 ° C. The unit will be heated with hot glucol, which will be monitored with temperature control valves. Then, with the help of a loader from the depressant preparation unit, it is supplied to the depressant heating units, where the unit is heated to the required temperature of 60 ° C. Then, the pump is supplied to the depressant mixing units, where the mixture is contracted in place by a visual level meter and mixed by the pump from the bottom of the 5m ³ tank to the top. The mixture should be 4 m ³ diesel 1 m ³ depressant. Then it is pumped to reagent dosing units. Ready reagent is fed from reagent dosing units via piston pump to oil line.
