Job Instruction for Construction of Monolithic Karka-sa

Scope of Application

The process map was developed for the construction of a monolithic framework (column, floor) of a residential 80ti apartment building from concrete of class C25/30 in the fan formwork of the MODOSTRE column and for monolithic floors with the reception of support towers of the MODOSTRE A 350 system. Works are performed in three shifts.

Main works considered by Job Instruction include:

- installation of fan formwork of "Modostre" columns;

- installation of reinforcement frames;

- concreting of columns;

- Demounting of column formwork after concrete hardening;

- installation of slab formwork based on "Modostre" A350 support towers;

- laying of rebar grids;

- slab concreting;

- removal of slab formwork after concrete hardening.

The development of the task list is based on progressive methods of work execution, which provide complex mechanization and automation of production at the lowest time, labor intensity and cost of installation, with a feasibility study of the decisions made.

Characteristics of materials and products used

Materials and products subject to mandatory certification shall have a certificate of conformity.

Concrete mix composition, preparation, control and transportation methods shall comply with STB.

Concrete of class C20/25 is used for concreting of columns, reinforcement frame consists of longitudinal reinforcement S400 STB 17.042006 and transverse reinforcement S240 STB 17.042006, grid consists of S400 STB 17.042006.

Concrete of class C25/30, six types of reinforcement grids, from reinforcement S500 STB 17.042006 is used for concreting of slab slabs.
