Iii. selection and description of the safety device.

To protect the lifting mechanism and the load-bearing structure of the bridge crane from excessive loads, load-carrying capacity limiters are used. The load limiter is a device for emergency disconnection of the mechanism drive when lifting a load whose mass exceeds the permissible value.

Select eccentric load limiter with spring balancing. It has housing in which equalizing unit is installed on lever. Lever rests on balancing spring, which is located on rod, which is pivotally fixed on post. Pusher interacting with end switch lever is coupled with lever.
