Coursework. Organization and management in construction

The goal of the course project is to deepen and consolidate the knowledge gained by students in the course "Organization and Planning of Construction Production," to instill the skills of independent work in the field of design and organization of construction work, taking into account the introduction into the practice of construction of network methods of planning and management, NOTs, integrated mechanization and flow methods of work.

In order to accelerate the construction and commissioning of the facilities, the methods used to perform construction and installation works (CIW) must comply with the best practices and requirements of technical progress in construction in order to ensure growth in labor productivity, reduce the cost of construction and improve its quality.

The purpose of the task is to develop regulatory and technical documentation for the construction of the facility included in the PIC
