General part

This Project has been developed for the construction of a prefabricated metal chimney H = 50, do = 2.0 m.

Perform the works in strict accordance with this Project; If the conditions affecting occupational safety are changed, it shall be supplemented in accordance with the established procedure.

Brief description of the object.

Metal chimney H = 50m rests on the reconstructed foundation. The essence of the reconstruction of the foundation is the reinforcement of the reinforced concrete pedestal.

The pipe is a structure made on the principle of "pipe in pipe." It consists of a self-supporting metal shell, with a heat-insulated self-supporting gas discharge barrel located inside it.. Barrels are made composite in height and consist of a set of cylindrical and conical kings.

Tsarg of an external trunk - steel (C255 in accordance with GOST 2777288) mm h=2500 height. The thickness of the steel shell varies from 12 to 8 mm.

The upper barrel king is made of height h = 1870 mm.

All pipe structure mounting joints are welded. Connections of outer barrel reigns are single-flange with penetration along the outer and inner perimeters, installation of a closing cover plate and its subsequent penetration by a gas-tight seam.

In the basis of a pipe there are basic stiffening ribs h=10000mm height.

To service the chimney, a running ladder is provided for the entire height, a viewing hatch in the lower part of the pipe and two platforms: a traffic light (elev. + 46.655) and a platform at elev. + 16.555 is provided for sampling dust and gas flow, has an onboard fence and a visor for protection against atmospheric effects .

Lightning protection of the chimney is performed by installation of two lightning receptors and subsequent connection of the pipe shell with the grounding circuit in the area of the pipe foundation.

Gas ducts adjoin the chimney on both sides (diametrically opposite), at el. + 5.500. The diameters of the gas ducts are 1620mm and 1820mm. Inlet of gas ducts is provided with boxes of rectangular section, for which a transition from round section to rectangular section is provided. The connection of the gas ducts to the chimney is made using gland compensators provided for on the pipe branch structure.

Since the pipe is a linear obstacle, its external painting is marking and is performed in accordance with EGA RF94 with alternating stripes of red and white by 1/3 of the pipe height, starting from above.

Procedure of works execution:

The terms of work are defined by the contract.

From commencement to completion, the Contractor shall maintain a general work log showing the progress, quality and scope of work performed, as well as all facts and obligations of importance in the Owner's and Contractor's industrial relations. (Date of commencement and completion of works, date of provision of materials, services, notification of acceptance of works, Owner's opinions on private issues, as well as all that may affect the final completion date).

I. Work of the preparatory period:

1. Development of this Project.

2. Identification of the need for mechanisms, equipment, devices, equipment, tools, personal and collective protective equipment.

3. Manufacture and purchase of necessary personal and collective protective equipment.

4. Design, fabrication of load-handling devices and containers.

5. Fabrication of brackets, crossbeam, ring scaffolding as per standard design. Fabrication of safety ropes (GOST 12.4.10782).

6. Preparation of the necessary measuring tool and means of communication.

7. Test of safety belts, protective helmets, purchase of workwear.

8. Preparation of data for preparation of application for boom mobile (tower) crane (or cranes).

9. Arrangement in accordance with Stroygenplan of a potentially hazardous area.

10. Delivery to the installation site and placement in accordance with Stroygenplan of mechanisms, equipment, premises, equipment, connection to existing networks; grounding.

11. Execution of the certificate of admission.

12. Design of work permit.

II. Main (installation) works:

Reconstruction of foundation

1. Reconstruction of the foundation shall be carried out in accordance with drawings of KZ cipher brand.

2. The essence of the reconstruction of the foundation is the reinforcement of the reinforced concrete pedestal.

3. Open the pit of the existing foundation by the customer within a radius of 6000m from the center of the foundation.

4. Perform grinding of side surface and top of foundation body.

5. Anchor blocks A1 located in diameter of 4.6m are provided for attachment of metal shaft of pipe in mass of railway pad. The anchor blocks are attached to the existing grout on the M200 cement grout gravy using HILTI chemical anchors. Chemical anchor consists of anchor pin A-2 and capsule HVU M27x240.

Chemical anchor installation procedure:

- drill the hole Ø30mm in the existing pile pile with depth of 450mm;

- install two M27x240 capsules into the hole. Usage temperature

capsules from 0 ° С to + 40 ° С. At temperature below 0 ° С warm the hole;

- use perforator and special nozzle for nut M27 to hammer

anchor pin A-2. Pin anchor surface shall be cleaned

from dirt, dust, corrosion products and degreased.

- after installation it is necessary to maintain the concrete temperature in the place

inserts are higher 0o With within 5 hours, not to allow overheating of a core

anchor above 50 ° С.

6. For reliable coupling of a concrete pad with the existing grillage to install metal pins Sht1, Piece-2.

- To hammer Ø12mm Piece-1 pins 250 mm long into the drilled Ø12 openings

mm depth 100mm.

- By means of baffle hammer in places of Fr-2 pins installation

bare the existing foundation reinforcement.

- To weld Piece-2 pins on the existing metal gauze on

diameter 6600mm with pitch of 15 ° and pour concrete of class B20 on

Portland cement of 400 grade as per GOST 1011885 .

7. Reinforcing of strengthening of the base is carried out by means of the frameworks of K1 welded on Piece-1 and Piece-2 pins and installations of grids C1,C2,C3.

8. Formwork with height of 400 mm is installed along radius 3910 mm from foundation center.

9. Reinforcement of the foundation shall be made of B20 class concrete on 400 grade Portland cement as per GOST 1011885. Concrete shall be dense, vibrated, F100, W6. When laying concrete, do not allow freezing.

10. After gaining strength of concrete, disassemble and remove the formwork and perform waterproofing along the entire height of the foundation from two layers of bitumen.

11. Install lightning protection electrodes. Lightning protection electrodes shall be made of three corners 50x5 mm long 3 m located below ground level in circumference at a distance of 1 m from the edge of the foundation at a distance of 5 m between each other (in diameter of 12 m) and buried in the ground at 800 mm. Connect electrodes with rod 20mm. Bring the two rods to the surface of the pipe base plate.

12. Perform backfilling with soil compaction.

13. Concrete paving shall be made around the foundation with width of 3 m, thickness of 100 mm on tamped soil from concrete of class B 7.5.

Installation of chimney using boom mobile crane of type "Ivanovets"

1. Install the chimney in accordance with drawings of KM cipher brand.

2. The elements of OP-1-1 base plate are laid out to the design position with the help of a car crane, braced and welded to each other (into a single plate).

3. The welded baseplate is finally crouched.

4. It is set to the design position, drawn and welded to the base plate of TsG1N king.

5. Stiffening ribs RZh-2 are set to TsG1N rack, adjusted and welded to casing and OP-1-1 base plate

6. The obtained block from the base plate and the outer shaft is carefully braced, fastened to the anchor bolts and, according to the act, given for graveling with concrete for the base plate.

7. After 25% of the design strength is set by concrete, the installation work can be continued.

8. Prior to installation on TsG2N and TsG3N tsars, openings for gas ducts are cut out along the cutting line according to project 1807KM501.

9. It is set to the design position and welded to TsG1N - TsG2N Tsarga with a continuous seam along the inner and outer contours and strengthened with the help of stiffeners.

10. TG1V is brought inside the barrel, set to the internal shelves provided in the TsG2N Tsar, and welded along the internal contour.

11. TsG3N is exposed, connected to TsG2N by welding along the inner contour, stiffeners are welded, then external metal band is welded.

12. Taper shaft of TG4N is set to design position and welded to TG3N by continuous seam along internal and external contours.

13. Taper tsarga TG2V is exposed, connected to TG1V. Joints are welded along inner contour, heat-insulated from inside with the help of mineral wool insulation and metal band is welded.

14. TG5N and all subsequent ones have elements for attachment of self-lifting crane.

15. Installation of the pipe with the help of boom crane continues in the external sequence, and then the internal shaft is installed (introduced).

16. After installation of TsG3n, the first tier of RZh11 stiffeners are mounted and welded.

17. Further enlargement of ribs by elements of RZh12 continues after installation of TsG5n tsargas.

18. All works are performed from external annular mounting scaffolds (Appendix 1 sheet 08087) or from stairs-cradles during operations inside the installed trunks.

19. Installation by boom crane continues to elev. + 18,130m. Then it is assembled at the base of the pipe, raised by a boom crane and attached to the mounted part by a mast self-lifting crane.

Installation of chimney using mast crane (boom mobile is used in auxiliary operations):

1. Sequentially: the king of the outer trunk rises, is previously unlocked, rebuilt, finally welded to the previously mounted outer and inner contour and equipped with annular outer forests.

2. The crane is lifted to the next level.

3. The tsarga of the inner trunk rises, turns into the inside of the outer one, draws, is welded to the previously mounted one, is heat insulated at the junction; protective band is welded.

4. In the course of installation of each tier, support elements are placed and welded.

5. Pipe installation above el. + 48,130 is performed by lifting the unit from 2 kings

TSG8N+TSG4V.

6. Tsarga TsG8N is connected to TsG7N1 by welding, while the inner TsG4B is lifted onto special chairs to access the inner perimeter of TsG8N.

7. Tsarga TsG4V is lifted with a self-lifting crane, chairs are removed, and it is placed on a previously mounted tsarga, then welded, joints are heat-insulated; protective band is welded.

8. The diagram of installation of the pipe with an automobile and self-lifting crane is presented in Appendix 1 sheet No. 08082, sheet No. 0808-3

III. Final work.

1. The self-lifting crane is released to two tiers.

2. Remove bracket must be attached to TsG8N king.

3. Using the removal bracket, the self-lifting valve is released to zero elevation. Ropes are released and bracket is removed.

4. Openings in the traffic light area and in the sampling area are restored

5. Disconnection from the network, removal of mechanisms and equipment.

6. Removal of hazardous area fencing facilities.

7. Performs a survey of the pipe.

8. Preparation of technical documentation for pipe delivery according to the certificate to the Customer.

Organization of the construction site.

In accordance with the requirements of SNiP 12012004 "Organization of Construction" the following are given on the main plan:

• Boundaries of the construction site and types of its fences;

• Permanent and temporary roads;

• Traffic patterns of means of transport and mechanisms;

• Places of installation of construction and lifting machines, ways of their movement and areas of operation;

• Placement of permanent, under construction and temporary buildings and structures, hazardous areas, as well as passages into buildings and structures;

• Location of power supply and lighting sources and facilities of the construction site;

• Location of grounding circuits, location of places for storage of construction debris, sites and premises for storage of materials and structures, location of premises for sanitary services of builders, drinking plants and recreation places, as well as areas for performance of high-risk works. The water required for the works is supplied from the existing utility networks.

Floodlighting of the construction site for the period of installation is provided by the Owner, lighting of the internal pipe space for the period of installation is provided by the Contractor.

On-site passes are used to travel to the mounted elements.

Places of fire stations equipped with fire equipment to extinguish the fire at the workplace are equipped by the contractor.

The initial cleaning of the construction site from snow, building structures and debris is carried out by the Owner.
