II. Introduction.

Mechanization base - the territory of the organization on which the complex of engineering and technical devices is located.

The main purpose of mechanization bases in providing organizations and transport construction enterprises with equipment for various types and volumes of construction and installation works is the rational organization of machine maintenance.

Maintenance - a set of preventive measures to maintain the operability of road machines. If maintenance is carried out in violation of the established deadlines and scope of work, then their parts wear out. Therefore, where due attention is not paid to maintenance, machine downtime due to breakdowns increases.

The timely maintenance of machines, as well as the level of labor, time, money and material resources for its implementation depend on the quality of technology and the organization of maintenance. With a rational organization, these costs are minimal, the reliability of the machine increases, allowing to increase their production and reduce repair costs.

The main tasks in the field of maintenance and repair of construction machines facing the technical services of the organizations and enterprises operating the machines are:

- distribution of maintenance works among executors according to their qualification level

- fixing of equipment and tools to the members of the link

- sequencing of work for each member of the link, ensuring the number of transitions

- execution, reduction of auxiliary works, most rational use of equipment and tools

- preparation of plans - schedules of process maintenance and repair of machines, as well as organizational and technical maps

- establishment of quantity and types of technological services in accordance with existing standards

- determination of labour intensity of works and its distribution by places of works: on-site machines, mobile workshops and in stationary maintenance points

- systematic control over timeliness of process maintenance and repair of construction machines.

7. Selection of the form of organization and method of works for the mobile maintenance workshop

I choose a centralized form of reorganization work for the mobile maintenance workshop. Which consists in the fact that the work is carried out by universal brigades using universal equipment.

For a mobile maintenance workshop, I choose an individual method of performing work, which consists in the fact that the mobile workshop comes to the construction facility individually to each construction machine and performs maintenance work for it.

13. Process.

The mobile workshop at the construction site performs the following works:

The fastening works of the predominant connections in the machine are threaded. When they are weakened, the normal operation of the mechanisms is disrupted, which leads to premature failures and malfunctions. After the first tightening of the previously tightened bolt, up to 2025% of the tension can be lost. In order for the compound to remain stable, it is necessary that the tension is 1520% less than the force at which the metal flows. Structural adhesives and self-locking nuts are used to maintain the stability of the connection for a longer time. There are 3 groups of connections: the first group - connections on which the safety of the car (brakes, steering) depends. The second group is the joints that ensure the strength of the structure. The third group is connections that ensure the tightness of the systems. Various tools and mechanisms are used to perform fastening works during maintenance and maintenance.

Lubrication works - the main process document is the lubrication map, which indicates the place of lubrication, the number of points, the name and amount of lubrication. The use of lubricants without taking into account the time of year and out of purpose leads to increased wear and tear of parts of mechanisms and units. The drive of the lubricating equipment mechanisms can be pneumatic, electric, mechanical.

Adjustment works - include adjustment operations to restore the operability of the machine units, mechanisms and systems using the control devices provided in them to the level required by the maintenance rules.

Installation and removal works - include replacement of faulty mechanisms of units and units with serviceable ones, replacement of faulty parts in them, as well as disassembly works related to repair of individual parts. The most frequent are work on replacing engines, bridges, checkpoints, radiators, springs.

Tin works - include the elimination of dents, breaks, cracks and corrosion damage on bodies, cabins, wings, as well as the manufacture of simple body parts and cockpits. A significant part of the tin works is carried out manually.

V. Organizational part.

1. Lighting Calculation

1.2. Calculation of artificial lighting.

Artificial lighting due to three placings with 12V bulbs and power from the on-board network of the car or from the battery.

2. Ventilation calculation

2.1. Calculation of natural ventilation

Natural ventilation is carried out due to open windows, ventilation hatches and doors.

2.2. Calculation of artificial ventilation

Artificial ventilation is carried out due to two fans with a voltage of 12V and power from the on-board network of the car or from the battery.
