Metal Pipeline Plant - Course Project

The pipe rolling shop is designed for the production of seamless pipes.

The technological process of production is basically common to all

methods of production of hot-rolled pipes and consists of the following

sequential operations: preparation of metal for rolling,

heating of metal in furnaces, piercing of the workpiece into the sleeve, rolling of the pipe,

finishing, acceptance and delivery of pipes to the warehouse.
