Description
Heating furnaces with different heat supply (4 drawings). Drawings in JPG.
The heating furnace in Fig. Has a size: width - 1020 mm, length - 1020, height - 2150 mm. The front wall accounts for 1000 kcal/h, and the rest - 950 kcal/h. Materials: ordinary brick - 552 pieces; refractory brick - 206 pieces; common clay - fourteen buckets; refractory clay - 91 kg; sand - thirteen buckets; grate - 252x300 mm; furnace door - 250X 205 mm; basement door - 250X140 mm; five cleaning doors - 130X140 mm; two smoke valves - 240X130 mm; pre-furnace sheet - 500X700 mm; waterproofing (tol) (2 sq. M). The furnace is laid according to the order, with careful dressing of the seams. Refractory brick can be replaced by selected ordinary brick.
