Additional information

Heating

1. The working design was developed on the basis of the terms of reference, architectural and construction drawings, regulatory and technical literature.

2. The project has been completed in accordance with applicable codes, regulations and standards.

3. Design parameters of coolant 9570 0С.

4. The project provides for a central water heating system.

5. Heat carrier preparation is performed according to closed circuit in individual heat station.

6. The following air temperatures are accepted: external tn = 26 0 C, in rooms of tv = +18 wasps .

7. The design provides for a two-pipe heating system with the laying of a supply and return main line under the ceiling of the basement.

8. In the premises of the building there is a two-pipe horizontal heating system with the routing of supply and return pipelines in the floor structure (in a corrugated pipe), along the contour of the rooms.

9. Rooms heat metering units are located in ITR room.

10. As heating devices, steel panel radiators "Kermi" with automatic temperature controllers "Danfoss" are provided. In rooms where water heating is prohibited, NOBO C4F 07 XSC electric convectors are installed.

11. Collection and removal of air from the heating system is carried out from the upper points of the si-system through automatic vents of the VALMAT type from Hertz and built-in air discharge valves from heating devices.

12. It is possible to disconnect the heating system along the branches and drain water from them. For emptying, horizontal pipelines are laid with a slope of at least 0.002, drain valves at the lower points of the system .

13. Balancing valves (Danfoss) installed on supply and return lines are provided for hydraulic adjustment of the heating system.

14. Fabrication of assemblies and parts from pipes, assembly works and tests of systems shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.05.0185 * "Internal Sanitary Systems."

15. Heating devices shall be installed under the windows - open.

16. Pipelines at the intersection of floors, internal walls and partitions shall be laid in steel sleeves, the edges of which shall be located flush with the surface of walls, partitions and ceilings and 30 mm above the surface of clean floor.

17. Water heating system pipelines are designed from steel water and gas pipes according to GOST 326275 *, as well as metal plastic pipes from VALSIR Pexal from PEX with aluminum gasket for diameters up to and including Dy 32.

18. Insulation of all supply lines by foamed polyethylene tubes "Energoflex" is provided.

19. The draft ball cranes for emptying the heating system should be accepted: 15 mm on risers and 25 mm on highways.
