1. Introduction

. The design of the boiler house of an individual residential building running on gas fuel was carried out on the basis of the contract and according to the technical assignment for the design.

1.2. The project includes:

- Thermal and mechanical part of TM (23 kW boiler room).

Initial data and basic technical requirements

2.1. Water temperature:

- supply pipeline - 70 ° С;

- return pipeline - 50 ° С;

- water temperature at GVA - 60 ° С

2.2. The fuel for the boiler house is natural gas. The gas pressure in front of the ball cranes of the burners is 1520 mbar .

2.3. The boiler house layout is made in accordance with the construction drawings provided by the Customer.

2.4. Power of boiler installation is defined on the basis of the total thermal load of the building calculated in the working draft "Heating and ventilation" 16.05.05.011 OB

Thermal mechanical part

3.1. Equipment layout.

The boiler room is located in a specially designated room on the basement of the building. The De Dietrich gas boiler of the DIETRIGAZ DTG SH 114 K-23 kW series is installed in the room, equipped with a boiler GMT 130 B (130L) standing under the boiler, and a boiler connection group with a loading pump and a boiler control unit MV3.

The binding of the boiler provides the possibility of servicing it and the equipment located nearby, as well as the inspection and repair of the boiler.

Boiler is connected through disconnecting fittings to distributing and collecting headers made of shaped square pipe with size of 80x80mm. 2 circuits are connected to the manifolds:

- for house heating system with UPS 25/60 circulation pump;

- on the "warm floor" system of the house with the UPS 25/60 circulation pump.

The boiler has a boiler safety group Pn = 3 bar in accordance with SNiP 351176 "Boiler units" with additions and SNiP 2.04.0887 * "Gas supply."

Straight and reverse lines of circuits are equipped with the necessary shutoff valves and measuring instruments.

Banding on boiler water is made of steel shaped square and steel black water and gas pipes.

Boiler makeup is carried out by tap water.

Temperature extensions of boiler circuits and systems are compensated with a membrane tank with a capacity of 80 l'Reflex "

Hot water from the boiler is connected to the hot water supply system, while return (recirculation) is supplied to the boiler using the UP 20/15 "Grundfos" pump.

The drinking water heating system is lined with PEX/Al TeCe multi-layered pipe.

Temperature expansion in the GVA system is compensated by a membrane expansion tank with a capacity of 12 l'Reflex. "

Combustion gases are taken away from a copper by the double-walled gas flue ∅ 130 mm of "Jeremias ".

The chimney includes: transition from boiler to gas duct, elbow, 2 pipes with a length of 1000 mm and 500 mm.

All drains of the furnace channel into the existing pit with flexible hoses.

3.2. Technical characteristics of the main equipment.

Boiler De Dietrich series DIETRIGAZ DTG SH 114 K - power 23 kW;

- a gas output (15 °s1030mbar) - 2.98 m3/h;

- boiler water volume 13.8 l;

- number of burners - 3 pcs;

GMT 130 B Boiler:

- capacity 130l;

- maximum pressure of heated water up to 10 bar;

- drinking water temperature up to 60 ° С.

- capacity 420l/h at 45 ° С

Requirements

4.1. For uninterrupted operation of the boiler, organize air inflow in the furnace room. The supply channel section shall be equal to or larger than the chimney section. In this design, the chimney section is 111.8 cm2 .

4.2. Quality of feedwater for hot water boilers and heat supply system shall comply with the requirements of GOST 2156393.

Conclusion

The design of the boiler house was carried out in accordance with the "Rules for the construction and safe operation of steam boilers with a steam pressure of not more than 0.07 MPa, water heating boilers and water heaters with a water heating temperature of not more than 388K (115 ° C)" and SNiP 11-35-85
